Handle inbound and/or outbound customer contacts for the project including, but not limited to, questions on products and or customer service support including billing and rate plan questions and changes, customer retention, up-sells, data product and service technical support, troubleshooting, sales and addition of new lines of service. '• Typing skills and technical skills • Customer centric mindset (shows empathy, care, provide effortless cx experience) • Strong Communication skills and the ability to analyze trends and make recommendations • Ability to understand and explain bills, basic price plan, rate information, promotion information, features, equipment, and general payment arrangements • Basic knowledge in cellular phones including operating systems, basic phone troubleshooting and data connectivity • Openness to work flexible hours as required, including night shifts and holidays • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems individually or in a team environment • At least 2 years COMPLETED of college study - University degree preferred. No to K12 graduates • With atleast 6mos CCE
