Responsibilities: - Handle inbound contacts through voice, chat and/or email - Provide an effortless world class customer care and technical support experience for topics including but not limited to: o Technical support through the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to data (internet), video, and voice (VOIP) o Upselling o Customer retention - Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and replicate customer problems and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures - Provide consultative insights to customers to help them maximize the value and benefits of their services and products - Resolve concerns/inquires in a timely and accurate manner to prevent repeat calls Qualifications: - At least 2 years of college study. University degree preferred. - At least 12 months call center experience or 6 months Tech Support experience is required
